CFDRC holds a General Services Administration (GSA) contract for Professional Engineering Services. We are also on multiple teams for the AMCOM EXPRESS family of contracts. 

 

AMCOM EXPRESS

CFDRC is on multiple Technical Domain teams providing engineering, testing, and modeling and simulation support to AMCOM and its tenant agencies.

CIO-SP3 GWAC

CIO-SP3 is a $20B, 10 year, multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT Services/Solutions for any Federal civilian (e.g. NIH) and DoD agency. The scope of CIO-SP3 covers everything IT including cloud computing, security/Cyber security, biomedical information services, health IT, imaging, software development, systems engineering, and much more.

CFDRC is partnered with Systems Made Simple Inc. 

 

COSMIC

The Concepts and Operations for Space and Missile Defense Integration Capabilities (COSMIC) contract provides support to the U.S. Army’s Space and Missile Defense Command, Future Warfare Center, and the Space and Missile Defense Battle Lab (SMDBL). This effort focuses on the Future Army’s ability to use Space Power to enable the functions of Command, See, Move, Protect, Strike and Sustain. These technologies will be used to provide enhanced communication, intelligence and weapon platforms to the Warfighter, and include Near Space/High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) Platforms, mobile networking technologies, micro satellites, nano-technologies and laser and robotic technologies with Knowledge Management systems.

CFDRC is partnered with Quantum International.

 

DOMS MES

Development, Operations, Maintenance and Support (DOMS) Missile Element Simulation (MES) Contract in support of the Systems Simulation and Development Directorate (SSDD), Aviation and Missile, Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC).This contract supports missile element simulations which will enhance and maintain the current suite of missile modeling simulation, hardware-in-the-loop and prototype development facilities.

CFDRC is partnered with Torch Technologies, Inc.

 

DS TAT

The Defense Systems (DS) Technical Area Tasks (TAT) contract provides RDT&E and R&D-related Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for vital technical areas.  In performing DS TATs research and analyses, the contractor shall facilitate use of existing STI, while reducing unnecessary duplication of research, information collection and analysis, and information dissemination efforts.  

CFDRC is partnered with Booz Allen Hamilton on the large business portion, and with Strategic Analyisis, Inc. on the small business portion.

 

ESP

The ESP contract provides engineering solutions and products for design, development, test, evaluation, operations and training in support of MSFC flight projects, human and robotic exploration, science and technology development, future programs/projects, and other MSFC organizations that have similar needs. 

CFDRC is a partner to Wyle Laboratories, Inc.

 

ESSA

The ESSSA contract provides engineering, scientist, and engineering technician support to NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL, in support of the following organizations:

o Engineering Directorate
o Flight Programs and Partnerships Office
o Science and Technology Office
o Space Launch System (SLS) Program Office
o Future programs/projects and other MSFC offices with similar needs

CFDRC is a subcontractor to Jacobs Technology on the ESSSA contract. CFDRC is currently providing support to multiple task order elements in the areas of thermal, fluid, structures, acoustics and propulsion systems analysis.

 

GSA PES

The CFDRC Professional Engineering Services (PES) Schedule provides the capability for customer agencies to obtain engineering services in the following Special Item Numbers:

o 871-1: Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities

o 871-2: Concept Development and Requirements Analysis
o 871-3: System Design, Engineering and Integration
o 871-4: Test and Evaluation

HD TAT

The  Homeland Defense (HD) Technical Area Tasks (TAT) contract provides RDT&E and R&D-related Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for vital technical areas.  In performing HD TATs research and analyses, the contractor shall facilitate use of existing STI, while reducing unnecessary duplication of research, information collection and analysis, and information dissemination efforts.  

CFDRC is partnered with URS.

 

SeaPort-E

SeaPort-E - SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

CFDRC is a subcontractor to Torch Technologies.

 

SETAC 10

SETAC Provides systems engineering and technical assistance for SMDC/ARSTRAT and other associated defense organizations in support of Air, Space, Missile Defense, Homeland Security/Defense, Warfighter, Cyber, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear missions. SETAC-10 supported functional areas include: Programmatic and Business Initiatives; Requirements Definition, Analysis, Integration, and Planning; Concept Development and Assessment; Program/Project Analysis and Assessment; Threat Estimation and Projection; Weapons Lethality, Survivability, Electronic Warfare and Kill Assessment and Effects Estimation; Engineering and Analysis Support to Assess Technology, Models, Simulations and Prototype; Logistics Assessment; and Environmental, Treaty and Security Compliance.

CFDRC is a subcontractor to Quantum Research International under contract W9113M-13-D-0005.

 

TESTLA

The Test Execution Services and Launch Augmentation (TESTLA) solutions contract will develop concepts and designs, conduct tests, and integrate test architectures to meet command-specific mission testing objectives.

The base period for the multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (MAIDIQ) contract is Nov. 15, 2013, through Nov. 14, 2015. There are two 6-month options, and the term of awarded task orders can extend 24 months past the end of the ordering period.

CFDRC is a partner to TBE and BAE.

 

TS3

The TACOM Strategic Service Solutions (TS3) Research and Development (R&D) contract is a Multiple Award Indefinite Deliverable Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract developed to address the need of the U.S. Department of the Army, U.S. Army Materiel Command (AMC), U.S. Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM), and U.S. Army Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) for services specified by individual task orders (TO) to satisfy the requirements of various Government customers and Program Executive Offices (PEOs).

CFDRC is a partner to Quantum.
