CIO-SP3 is a $20B, 10 year, multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT Services/Solutions for any Federal civilian (e.g. NIH) and DoD agency. The scope of CIO-SP3 covers everything IT including cloud computing, security/Cyber security, biomedical information services, health IT, imaging, software development, systems engineering, and much more.

The Concepts and Operations for Space and Missile Defense Integration Capabilities (COSMIC) contract provides support to the U.S. Army’s Space and Missile Defense Command, Future Warfare Center, and the Space and Missile Defense Battle Lab (SMDBL). This effort focuses on the Future Army’s ability to use Space Power to enable the functions of Command, See, Move, Protect, Strike and Sustain. These technologies will be used to provide enhanced communication, intelligence and weapon platforms to the Warfighter, and include Near Space/High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) Platforms, mobile networking technologies, micro satellites, nano-technologies and laser and robotic technologies with Knowledge Management systems.

Development, Operations, Maintenance and Support (DOMS) Missile Element Simulation (MES) Contract in support of the Systems Simulation and Development Directorate (SSDD), Aviation and Missile, Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC).This contract supports missile element simulations which will enhance and maintain the current suite of missile modeling simulation, hardware-in-the-loop and prototype development facilities.

The Defense Systems (DS) Technical Area Tasks (TAT) contract provides RDT&E and R&D-related Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for vital technical areas. In performing DS TATs research and analyses, the contractor shall facilitate use of existing STI, while reducing unnecessary duplication of research, information collection and analysis, and information dissemination efforts.
CFDRC is partnered with Booz Allen Hamilton on the large business portion, and with Strategic Analyisis, Inc. on the small business portion.
The ESP contract provides engineering solutions and products for design, development, test, evaluation, operations and training in support of MSFC flight projects, human and robotic exploration, science and technology development, future programs/projects, and other MSFC organizations that have similar needs.

The ESSSA contract provides engineering, scientist, and engineering technician support to NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL, in support of the following organizations:

SeaPort-E - SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

SETAC-10 supported functional areas include: Programmatic and Business Initiatives; Requirements Definition, Analysis, Integration, and Planning; Concept Development and Assessment; Program/Project Analysis and Assessment; Threat Estimation and Projection; Weapons Lethality, Survivability, Electronic Warfare and Kill Assessment and Effects Estimation; Engineering and Analysis Support to Assess Technology, Models, Simulations and Prototype; Logistics Assessment; and Environmental, Treaty and Security Compliance.
CFDRC is a subcontractor to Quantum Research International under contract W9113M-13-D-0005.
The Test Execution Services and Launch Augmentation (TESTLA) solutions contract will develop concepts and designs, conduct tests, and integrate test architectures to meet command-specific mission testing objectives.
The base period for the multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (MAIDIQ) contract is Nov. 15, 2013, through Nov. 14, 2015. There are two 6-month options, and the term of awarded task orders can extend 24 months past the end of the ordering period.
