CFDRC offers a variety of benefits to meet your personal needs. Medical Coverage
is available for you, your spouse, and your dependent children.
Retirement Plans
CFDRC offers two plans that are designed to build an employee's retirement
nest egg while enjoying significant current and ongoing tax benefits.
Retirement Savings Plan / 401(k)
CFDRC offers a Retirement Savings Plan, or a 401(k) plan for all employees.
Under this plan, an employee may elect to defer a portion of their salary,
to be deposited into a self directed retirement account. These dollars are
deducted on a pre-tax basis. Eligibility for this plan
begins at the start of the first quarter following six months of employment
with CFDRC. For every dollar an employee contributes to the plan, CFDRC
will match 50 cents, up to 3 percent of salary.
Retirement Profit Sharing Plan
CFDRC has a Profit Sharing Plan for all employees. At the end of each
calendar year, a fixed percentage of qualified salaries will be deposited
into each eligible employee's retirement account. The annual contribution
percentage is based on the Companys performance. Eligibility for this
plan begins at the start of the first quarter following six months of
employment.
Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance Plans:
- Medical Plan Includes drug and vision benefits
- Dental Plan Includes orthodontics for dependent children
- Company Paid Long Term Disability Insurance
- Company Paid Employee Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- Employee paid supplemental life insurance
- Employee paid supplemental dependent life insurance
Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave
CFDRC employees receive nine paid holidays per year. Seven are company
scheduled and two are floating holiday's. CFDRC provides paid vacation
from 2 to 4 weeks per year, depending upon the length of service at CFDRC.
A provision of ten days per year is made for sick leave.
Tuition Reimbursement Plan
A tuition reimbursement plan is available for all full-time employees.
