Innovation is vital for the success and prosperity of any nation. Fortunately, in the United States there is continual progress, at least at the development end of the technology chain. However, the weakest link in the successful leveraging of high-potential innovations continues to be a lack of close partnerships between technology developers and product manufacturers.
